After the ''start-up of the projects'', the projects begin.
Indeed, there is often a confusion between effective application of the tools and means which they guarantee the achievement of the aims and the starting itself of the project.
This set up of tools considered as a purpose of the project by the Control of work announces the starting of the project i.e. the step of practical acquisition of new practices, the use of new information to allow the learning curve necessary to the achievement of the aims. At this phase of the project, our assistance is carried out at several levels:
realization of a complete statement about the implementation of the tools with respects to the objectives (average)
Animation and formalization of the experience feedback of the project in for the useful capitalization of the future projects
