Integrity: The consultant must act independently of any particular or commercial interest suceptible to influence on ther intervention.
Professionnalism: Counsultants accept only the missions which include their field of competences
Confidentiality : Consultants respect the intellectual property of their client and must be confidential about their interventions.
Transparency : Consultants are able to justify the step and the costs of their intervention, Loi Fir tree 20.01.93, the respect of these requirements constitutes the “minimum” of the deontology of a consulting process.
