In a world where the movements are increasingly fast, reorganizations, integration, delocalization in the companies, modification towards logics of service in the public sector, men are taken in the storm.
Sometimes destabilized by this changing environment, or more simply in interrogation compared to their trajectory in the middle of these complex events, a point is necessary to know how to be. Which place I occupy, and how shall I position myself as an actor in this complex movement, which I do not control, but in which I take part?
Such is the goal of the coaching, -which is far from the standard models and methods plated on the situations-, makes it possible in the largest respect of the people to make a point. Upon this, it becomes again possible to engage again in desirable projects, which take account of past experience, the current situation and the desires of the person.
