Seminar/Training realized on 2 + 1 days in Intra-Establishment or Inter-Establishment.

How to transform your company from a traditional management into a management by projects? You manage various programs/strategic projects to TRANSFORM your company and you acquired the methods of managing a project (methods and tools).

You wish to create a dynamism of success among the leaders and the teams of project to achieve the objectives and expected benefits of each project: Project Management (Training of teams).

You are conscious of the necessary coordination of these projects to guarantee their overall coherence and correct use of the means allocated at the human scale, financial and technical scales: Projects management (scheduling and arbitration of the resources).

This training course is intended for any person who is entrusted to manage a project or to transform the nature of a company, a department… through an organization by project. The working groups include: The Direction Committees members, Administration of Programs, Directors and persons in charge of the Projects

Pre-necessary knowledge



So that this training course be advantageous, an experience in project management is desirable.

Objectives



At the end of the training course, the participants should be able to :
  •  Identify the  performance elements related to the control of strategic projects 
  •  Understand the principles and stakes of an organisation by « projects»
  •   Estimate its best practices through diverse applications  

Teaching Mode



This "Team-buiding/training" relies on participative teaching tools : exchanges, auto-diagnostic, practicals cases, workshops including game roles and exercices that let the trainees confront their practices in control of the projet and to ameliorate them as well.
