Target audience

This training course is intended for any person entrusted to manage or form teams or a working group: Administration staff, higher and intermediate supervisory(coaching) staff, commercial persons in charge and projects chiefs.

Objectives

At the end of the training course, the participants should be able to:

Understand and integrate the stakes of the interpersonal communication
Practice a high quality communication in different situations of inter-individual communication
Be aware of the importance of a hotilistic approach within a communication between both persons, while being fully present at the same time.
