At the end of the training, the participants should be able to:

Organize rationaly their project staff
Manage efficently their project staff
Optimize the performance and the follow-up of their project staff

Teaching method

This training is based on primarily participative teaching tools: practical exchanges, self-diagnosis, practical cases, workshops including games of role and exercises that let the trainees confront their practices regarding the animation of a project team and to improve them.
